4slices of your favourite bread
Shaved parmesan for garnish
Coffee croutons for garnish (from previous recipe)
Method:

Prepare the mushroom essence from before Follow the instructions from the previous recipe to create the mushroom essence.

Follow the instructions from the previous recipe to make coffee croutons.

Heat olive oil, seasonings, and water in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until all the liquid evaporates and starts to brown.

Continue cooking until the mushrooms are golden brown and have a rich flavour.

Sprinkle the mushroom powder over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly. Add the mushroom essence, stirring well to incorporate the flavours.

Toast the slices of bread to your liking.
