Flip the Portobello Mushrooms upside down on a chopping board and drizzle with olive oil.
Pre-heat your Weber Q to high and close the lid.
Add the mushroom to the Weber Q to grill.
Add the streaky bacon to the Weber Q next to the mushrooms and close the lid.
After 5 minutes flip the bacon and allow to crisp up then remove.
Add a pan to the Weber Q and allow to preheat for 5 minutes.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan and crack 4 eggs in to the pan to fry.
Flip the softened mushrooms over and place a slice of burger cheese on top to melt.
Toast the brioche burger buns on the grill.
Remove everything from the grill ready to assemble.
Add tomato sauce to the base, streaky bacon, grilled whole mushrooms with cheese and a fried egg on top.
Place the burger lids on top and serve straight away.
