Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat.
Place the mushrooms, garlic cloves, olive oil and Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning in an aluminium BBQ tray. Toss to coat then place the tray in the centre of the BBQ.
Cook the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally to ensure the mushrooms cook evenly. If you have a hooded BBQ, you may close the lid to speed up the cooking time.
To prepare the sauce, combine the yoghurt, goats cheese and additional Mingle Greek Garlic Seasoning in a small bowl.
Serve the mushrooms with the yoghurt sauce, cucumber and baby spinach.
