AMGA Policies
The AMGA Governance Policies ensure effective and efficient administration for the overall management of the association, by establishing a framework which outlines the rules, procedures, and guidelines for decision-making and resource allocation, based on established and agreed principles.
Governance policies are instrumental in achieving stability, accountability, transparency, efficient resource allocation, compliance, and innovation. They provide the necessary structure and guidance to ensure organizations and governments operate in a responsible and effective manner, ultimately leading to sustainable success and positive industry impact.
These policies apply to all AMGA Members, the Board of Directors and AMGA Staff. Agreeing to adhere to these policies is a requirement of AMGA Membership and employment with the association.
