Preheat oven to 200℃ fan forced. Combine tomato passata, tomato paste and oregano/Italian seasoning in a bowl.
To make the green sauce, finely chop basil leaves and combine with crushed garlic, olive oil, honey and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
To assemble the pizzas, place the pizza base on a baking tray. Spread half of the prepared tomato sauce over the base, top with a quarter of the mozzarella cheese, half of the mushrooms and bacon. Sprinkle with another quarter of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients to make the second pizza. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the base is crisp and cheese has melted.
Drizzle the green sauce over the cooked pizza, slice and serve immediately.
