Grilled Mushroom Tacos with Green Salsa by CheatMeats

Ingredients:
 750 g BBQ Flat Mushrooms
 Taco Seasoning Mix
 1 Shallot
 2 Limes
 6 flour tortillas
 1 cup shredded cheese
 1 finbely chopped red onion
 Fresh coriander
Green Salsa:
 1 chopped shallot, blitzed
 ½ cup fresh corinander
 1 chopped green chilli
 Juice of 1 lime
 1 tsp salt
 Blitz in a food processor until smooth
Method:

Mix taco seasoning. Slice mushrooms and toss with olive oil and seasoning.

Preheat the Weber Q on high for 5 minutes.

Grill mushrooms for 3-4 minutes per side until soft.

Toast tortillas with cheese until soft.

Assemble tacos with mushrooms, green salsa, onion, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.
