2 flour tortillas
½ cup grated tasty cheese

Lightly wipe mushrooms with a piece of paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stalks of the mushrooms then chop the mushrooms into 0.5cm slices.

Place the tortillas on a chopping board. Top with cheese and sliced mushrooms. Fold each tortilla in half.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Remove from the pan. Cut each quesadilla into triangles.
