Mushroom and Pepperoni Pizza

 2 pizza bases
 ¼ cup pizza sauce
 250 g Mozzarella ball, diced
 200 g brown button mushrooms, sliced
 100 g sliced pepperoni
 ½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 sprigs basil

Preheat the oven to 180℃ and line Two baking trays with baking paper.

To make the pizza, place each base on the prepared trays then top each base with pizza sauce, diced mozzarella, sliced mushrooms and pepperoni and cherry tomatoes.

Drizzle with olive oil then place in the oven to cook for 10-12 minutes.

Once the cheese has melted and the base is golden and crisp, remove from the oven and stand for 2 minutes before cutting into slices.

Serve with fresh basil leaves.
