
Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat.
Place the ingredients for the smokey BBQ sauce in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Add the mushrooms and gently mix to coat. Set aside until ready to cook.
Place the coleslaw salad mix in a bowl with the mayonnaise. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Drizzle the oil over the BBQ flatplate Transfer the mushrooms to the BBQ and cook, stirring frequently until the mushrooms are tender. Remove from the BBQ and set aside.
Loosely wrap the brioche buns in aluminum foil. Place on the BBQ for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
To assemble the sliders, cut the brioche buns in half. Place a small amount of coleslaw on the base of each bun, add a smokey BBQ mushroom and top with a bun lid.
