Preheat the oven to 200℃ and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place a wire rack on top of the prepared tray and the pizza base on top of the wire rack.
Spread the carbonara sauce over the base of the pizza. Top with mozzarella cheese and sliced mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese on top.
Transfer the pizza to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese is melted and golden.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with the chopped chives and remaining parmesan cheese.
Cut the Mushroom Carbonara Pizza into 6 or 8 slices and serve.
