
Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat.
Prepare the mushroom and shallot skewers by placing the ingredients on skewers, alternating between mushrooms and shallots.
Place the ingredients for the miso glaze in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
Brush the glaze over both sides of the prepared skewers. Set the remaining glaze aside to brush the skewers during cooking.
